In the centre of Ceylon is a mountainous region where most of the tea estates can be found. The highest elevation estates form the Nuwara Eliya district that produces teas renowned for their bright flavoursome liquors. These teas are highly regarded within the tea world and intensely sought after.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Serve with of without milk.
