Darjeeling 2nd Flush Blend

This fantastic organic tea, from the highlands of Darjeeling, high up in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains, is produced in late June, early July at the end of the second flush season.  Known as the Champagne of teas, Darjeeling represents less than 5% of Indian tea production.

Carefully selected leaves have been used to make this attractive leaf blend. Evenly worked, dark brown leaves with some tips produce a full-bodied, intense muscatel bouquet in the cup.  A quality tea, keenly priced, that can be consumed at any time of the day.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
