Tie Guan Yin, known as the Iron Goddess of Mercy, this tea is part of the Oolong Tea Family.

Traditionally grown in Anxi county in the Fujian province. Tie Guan Yin comes from a unique variety of the tea plant Camellia Sinensis and is a semi-fermented oolong loose leaf tea. With dark leaves and light yellow liquor, this tea has a smooth mellow buttery taste with a strong floral, fragrance. The fragrance can linger over many infusions whilst giving a lighter refreshing taste.

Brewing Instructions: Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, cooled for 2 minutes for 3 – 5 minutes.
